We purchase insurance from USPS on your package. Once USPS takes possession of the shipment, they take responsibility for delivery. If your product has been damaged, contact Homeschool Complete at [email protected] within five days of receipt of your package. Please submit photos as proof of damage, and we will file a claim on your behalf. You MUST save the original shipping packaging- USPS usually requires an inspection at your local Post Office. Once the claim has been processed, we will send the replacement products to you.
