Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns of new, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your invoice.
- Bundle items must be in original, unopened plastic packaging. Opened bundles are not refundable.
- Books that have been written in are not refundable.
- Digital download products are not refundable.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A 15% inspection and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Carefully pack your products—damaged item values will be deducted from the refund.
*The Deluxe Art Kit, School Supply Kit, and Holiday Craft Kit are not returnable and nonrefundable.
*All downloads are nonrefundable.
To begin a return:
- Contact us at info@homeschoolcomplete.com to request a return authorization code and return shipment address. Please include order number and photos of each product.
- Write the return code and reason for return on your original invoice.
- Carefully pack your products—damaged item values will be deducted from the refund.
Problems with an Order
If you received an incorrect order, please contact us at info@homeschoolcomplete.com within 14 days of purchase.
If your order arrived damaged, please follow the instructions included on your packing slip to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
