Orders are shipped via USPS Mail or UPS, tracked and insured, and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. If your order total is $450 or more, shipping is FREE (continental U.S. only).

Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages
We insure all shipments. Once the carrier accepts the package, they are responsible for its delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, please email us at info@homeschoolcomplete.com within five days of receiving your package. Include photos of the damage as proof and retain the original shipping packaging—the carrier often requires an inspection at a local office.
Once your claim has been processed, we will send a replacement.
